Elsberry is a city located in Lincoln County, Missouri, United States. It has a total area of 1.28 square miles and a population of approximately 2,000 people. The city was founded in 1878 and named after one of its first settlers, Robert Elsberry. Elsberry is home to several historic sites, including the Elsberry Historic District and the Lincoln County Courthouse. The city has a downtown area with various shops and restaurants, as well as a community park and baseball field. Elsberry is also known for its annual Fourth of July celebration, which includes a parade, fireworks, and other activities.
